Official Training Time: 5- 7:30pm. We understand if you are late as we all have school, Uni, work etc.
Once arrive:
2 laps of the oval
Dynamic Stretch and any personal gear you need to do.
10/20/30m x 10, 40m x 5 Throw.
Then you are ready for your skill work.
Training Plan/ Guide
60% personal, 20% club, 20% team.
Minimum 100 catches, 30-50 throws. All at high intensity.
Don’t ask for a hit or you will not get one.
If you need to leave early, your captain needs to know. Microwaves are a great invention.
Round Review will be at 6:30pm with any clubhouse keeping.
